Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA)
A family of methods for choosing between options when several criteria that cannot be reduced to one unit matter at once — environmental, economic and social results, for instance. It makes the weights given to each criterion explicit, so decision-makers can see how the ranking would change if priorities changed.
